Description

The added window content borders on recent Brave nightly releases makes it harder for me to use the scrollbars as I can no longer slam my mouse cursor to the edge of the screen and expect it to just "catch" the scrollbar, instead, I have to slam and then move my cursor slightly to the left.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Brave browser
  2. Open a long page with a scrollbar
  3. Move your mouse cursor

Actual result:

Scrollbars are harder to use

It's really annoying for web apps involving multiple columns where you scroll horizontally (like Tweetdeck), I have my taskbar on the top and there is literally a 1px dead zone on the bottom of the window that prevents me from just slamming my cursor to the bottom.

I realize that I can just hold Shift while scrolling to have it scroll horizontally, and I do it sometimes, but let's not pretend an average user definitely knows this.
