Scrollbar shown for transaction activity

Steps to Reproduce

1. Submit a transaction
2. Hover over the icon, shows transaction fee message and shows a scroll bar
3. Click on the more button in transaction activity, brings up context menu options and adds a scroll bar

Actual result:

Expected result:

No scrollbar on the transaction activity
