Description

Download status bar is not shown in the TOR window types

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.51.x
2. Open a TOR window type
3. Download any file
4. Download status bar is NOT shown in TOR window

Note: In normal window types if we download any file the download icon is shown next to URL bar, but in Private window the icon is NOT shown in the URL bar, But if we download any file in normal widow 1st then the icon is shown in the TOR window

Actual result:
