Brave sigkill and hi memory consumption

Description

Crashes on memory heavy websites like youtube. Using a lot of memory overall. About 13gb! with 1-2 youtube tabs open.

Steps to Reproduce

Actual result:

Tabs go offline with sigkill one by one after ~10 min of usage.

  don't have an access to chrome

Please add full information from brave://version page to your issue.
Also need test with actual(for your distro) stable version of Chromium Browser instead of Chrome.
