Blue checkmark not appearing on the triangular icon for verified websites

Description

After launching Brave with no previous cookies/cache/history, the blue checkmark does not appear on the red triangular icon in the address bar while browsing verified websites. It appears only after I click/tap the triangle, re-click/tap to close its pop-up menu, and go on browsing other verified websites.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start from scratch and launch Brave (no cookies/cache/history)
2. visit any verified website.

Actual result:

No blue checkmark on the triangular icon

Blue checkmark on the triangular icon
