Repository has problems finding my scripts and cpu-friendly

Hey I downloaded all the datasets recommended in readmd. Often when I run the scripts in the comparisons I get errors saying : comparisons\nnU-Net\infer_nnunet_2D.py file not found. How do I fix this ? Second question are these comparisons cpu-friendly am using an windows dell latice laptop.
