I have a bink+build subscription but the build features do not work for me.

When I use any of the build commands to startup environment containers I get the error:
NoWGConfig or NoAccessToken
I have been a subscriber for some time but have not used it in a while. It was previously working and my subscription shows current in the Apple Store. How can I get access?
