Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
I would like to operate the Chinese-localized Frigate official website and documentation. Since mainland China requires all websites to undergo website registration (https://beian.miit.gov.cn/), without the relevant registration, it will be impossible to use server nodes in the Chinese region, and the quality of network services will be significantly limited.

Describe the solution you'd like
I plan to use Tencent Cloud's (https://www.tencentcloud.com/) EO Pages (https://edgeone.ai/document/160427672992178176) in mainland China to deploy the official pages and documentation, and translate the relevant documents into Chinese to provide a faster access experience for Chinese users. Additionally, I will offer communication channels through platforms unique to China, such as QQ, WeChat, V2EX, etc.
Additionally, if possible, I can initiate related commercial promotion services in mainland China, including collaborating with hardware manufacturers for business promotion. I can also integrate Frigate Plus with payment methods commonly used by Chinese users, such as Alipay and WeChat Pay.

However, restricted by China's Data Export Security Assessment Measures (数据出境安全评估办法：https://www.gov.cn/zhengce/zhengceku/2022-07/08/content_5699851.htm), we may need to deploy a dedicated version of Frigate Plus within mainland China. This is because it is a complex legal issue for companies operating legally in China to transfer data overseas.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I believe that localization needs to be done by individuals familiar with the specific region. There are no alternative solutions at the moment.
