Some users have reported issues with + or "smart" codecs, so they are not officially recommended. These codecs often remove keyframes and can cause recording segments to be of indeterminate length, which may lead to issues with recording playback.

You'll have to use a newer version of ffmpeg and write manual record output args, or do it in go2rtc
