Allow customers to use the newest version of valkey, for its performance improvements

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

It looks like a bot automatically updates this on a cadence, the ask is to prompt it instead of waiting N number of weeks etc.

Thank you so much for opening the ticket. For us this would be considered a new branch and it requires manual operation in our pipelines to add support. As soon as this is available we will update this ticket.

Just a note to let you know that we released branch 8.1 of valkey and valkey-cluster.
