Would it be possible to have a calendar (.ics) to keep up to date with the meetings?

The weekly review club meetings used to be part of the Bitcoin Core meeting calendar, but this has since been removed.

I've been thinking about this as well lately. I see a few options:

1. share Google Calendar, which we manually keep up to date whenever a new meeting is announced (@glozow potentially we could even use this to replace our internal scheduling sheet?)
2. self-host a .ics file which is automatically updated whenever a new _posts/*.md file is added
3. self-host a .ics file with recurring weekly (change time, remove explicit cadence, reword some things #797) meetings. No maintenance, no overhead, less accurate/helpful because we don't actually have meetings every week.

1. and 2. would be most convenient for users. 1. would be most ongoing overhead to keep it up to date, 2. would require most up-front dev time (did not look into how much yet, could be quite straightforward depending on the jekyll tooling which I'm not familiar with). 3. would be least helpful for users, but also least overhead.

I'll try to have a look at feasibility of 2., unless anyone beats me to it (feel free to open a pull)
