Notify the user when new mining software is available. #167

On startup the application will query GitHub to get the latest releases of each supported mining application. A useful feature would be to take the latest version of each software and compare it to the currently configured default miner. If the latest version is newer than the one being used the application and notify them that there's an update available. This way the user no longer needs to worry about their miner going out of date.
