I can report that muparser can be cross compiled using CMake. Here are few steps for Ubuntu and RISC-V architecture.

Packages :

sudo apt install gcc-12-riscv64-linux-gnu g++-12-riscv64-linux-gnu libc6-riscv64-cross qemu-user qemu-user-binfmt

CMake Toolchain file (to adapt)
