Update testing activity hi-fidelity design based on usability testing

Describe the task
Update the testing activity hi-fidelity screen designs in Figma based on the results of the usability testing session we had with Victoria L.

Acceptance Criteria

• Make these changes:
• Reduce comment box size by half
• Remove the accordion button feature and the "Activity summary" header to save space.
• Have the data table heading be on the same line as the buttons "Clear data" etc.
• Remove "Moisture content cones data entry" heading under the table
• Update heading to read "Moisture content cones..."
• Descriptive error text provided when the user clicks "Complete test" while there are data entry errors
• Screen designs are available in Figma
