Describe the task
Push Keycloak update to prod using new pipeline

Purpose
Final step to finish the Gwells Keycloak updates.

Acceptance Criteria

Add new Backend and Frontend Service to Prod environment
Add new Backend and Frontend Route to Prod environment
Stand up new prod in parallel to old Prod
Get test feedback from users
Switch vanity url to new prod deployment

Additional context

Very important to get multiple testers to test before switching vanity url
