Description of changes:

Updated aws logo from pixelated png to svg.
Added new material template to have a more similar experience to the main docs
Updated header color to match main docs
Update footer notes
Added a note on api docs main page to refer to the main docs in case some lands on this page while searching for code examples or guidance on how to use powertools.
