Merge Mobile menu fixes to next up (#313)

* menu shows toc

- Removed primary nav, links moved to footer
- sticky toc not sticking. when attribute added to aside or its div (parent) or nav (parent), mobile menu doesn't work

* hide extra search in toc

show in mobile menu only

* add mobile menu search

new class .onlymobile

* toc sticky only for desktop

added tocsticky class
