When selecting two assets on the swap screen the speed at which we receive a quote for the price feels slow, stop watch on phone gave ~5s to get a quote for 0.1 TIA to USDC

I think infra startup for the cloud function is taking a few seconds sometimes. The plan to refactor to Express server will resolve that issue, but I think there are other areas for optimization.
