  • outgoing http_request spans are created for calls out to subgraphs
  • outgoing http_request spans are NOT created for calls out to the coprocessor

Provide APM span for outgoing http requests initiated from external plugin

This will help diagnostics/tuning/analysis of where time is being spent in calling out to the coprocessor.
