idea: Implement raw::Access for ObjectStore in object_store_opendal

Following the suggestions from @flaneur2020 and @alamb, I'm beginning to think implementing raw::Access for ObjectStore in object_store_opendal is a good idea, as discussed in apache/iceberg-rust#172.

In this way, both opendal and object_store users can play well with each other.

• object_store users can use opendal as ObjectStore
• opendal users can build and share the same ObjectStore instance across different systems, especilly for datafusion.

I can see some good things opendal can bring for object_store like really good retry layer, metrice layer, concurrent list and more.

What do you think?

I think it is a great idea ❤️ -- I am also quite interested in accelerating the iceberg ecosystem and I view eaiser to use / intermix IO libraries as a key part of achieving this goal
