Need a help for Apache-dev lake installation

Deployed the Apache-dev-lake in local system using helm-charts, after deploying created 4pods.

exposed the pod using port-forwarded kubectl port-forward svc/apache-dev-devlake-ui 4000:4000 -n dev-lake
while accessing ui, it was redirecting to db-migrate page, but i deployed the Apache-Devlake for the 1st time in system.

kindly help me how to access the Apache-dev-lake-ui.
