help request: The Kafka logger plugin in Apisix occasionally obtains an empty response body

Description

The Kafka logger plugin in Apisix occasionally obtains an empty response body, which is already empty before sending it to the Kafka cluster. Approximately 1% of the time is empty every day. The APISIX version I am using is 3.8.0

Can you reproduce this problem stably? Are there any error logs?
