图表的轴标题的位置太受限制了，比如y轴的标题只能在左侧添加吗？x轴标题只能在下方添加吗？我想实现下面这个效果应该怎么办呢？

我想能把轴标签的偏移量设置分成水平和垂直的也可以，自己慢慢调也能实现这个效果，但是目前偏移量的设置好像只有一个方向，不好搞
