test_app_poster hangs for Python 3.10-3.13 in the workflow

tests/embedding/test_app.py::test_app_poster 
	10.084275418000004	starting test test_app_poster - file new
	10.228500386999997	change_name_async

📝 Steps to reproduce

Run ci_cd.yml in the Actions tab on main with 251. The embedding tests and coverage jobs hang using ubuntu-latest and public-ubuntu-latest-8-cores
