feat: DeArrow title edit functionality

Feature description

It would be nice if you had a button in the player where you can submit your own title, just like in the original browser extension.
I think a single pen button within the like/share/etc button row would fit nicely.

Motivation

Currently when you watch some videos with clickbaity titles you can nothing do about this when you watch on your phone or TV. You'd have to go to the PC to edit the title in DeArrow there. This is pretty annoying. With this change, you could easily change the title to a more suitable one on you mobile device.
This makes the feature important since then the DeArrow use case would be complete. Currently the full functionality is not implemented. And since a lot of people are watching on mobile, this could lead to a massive amount of titles not changed due to inconvenience.

There is already a 1 year old issue. Not sure how long this will take :(

The implementation problems mentioned in the comments of that issue seem accurate, but I haven't looked into them before. You could try raising this suggestion in inotia's repo, as he might have a solution for it. I'll take a look later when I have time. It's up to you whether you want to keep it open, I'll review it either way.
