bug: Import/Export doesn't deal with whitelisted channel

Feature description

It would be great if the Import / Export settings also handled the Channel whitelist data for both Playback speed and SponsorBlock.

Motivation

This would be helpful while performing a clean install as I have a specific set of channels that I like to keep whitelisted.

it's more a bug than a feature request, the import/export settings should already do this and if it doesn't, then it needs to be fixed

I just patched using RVX patches, and the import/export doesn't respect whitelisted channel list.
