feat(spotify): add spoof location/bypass IP location detection

How it is currently

If my Spotify account is set to the US but I'm using it from somewhere else, like from the Maldives, a pop-up asking me to change my location to my current location to be able to listen will appear. This is only so for non-premium users and I won't be able to listen unless I change it. Also, even if you're a premium user, there are certain features that are region specific, Canvas, Lyrics, some songs for e.g.

Motivation

This problem can be fixed by changing your location or using a VPN temporarily , however the reason I wish for a bypass to this issue w/out changing your actual location is because of region specific features and song availability. For example, in some countries Canvas aren't available or some songs are unplayable. With a location Spoof or a Bypass feature to this issue, you'll be able to enjoy those region specific features regardless of your current IP location, which I believe will be a great addition to the already amazing patches.

i guess that's impossible without implementing a proxy system, which requires serious modification of the application

Okay, I was guessing it would require some heavy modifications but wasn't sure. Thanks for your response though. I guess I'll just stick with my VPN when it starts acting up, so far so good, no asking me to change region or whatever yet lol.
