Issues that must be addressed before we can release v1.0. 1.0 is a starting point, not a finished product. These issues should call out API facets that will cause backwards compatibility issues down the road, as well as those that we are not comfortable stabilizing yet. The end result will be a minimal API surface that we can grow from, stabilizing additional APIs as we go.
