Seen in https://github.com/airbytehq/oncall/issues/830

user created a connection (i.e. check passed) but got permission denied for schema heroku_ext during sync.

Plausibly user reconfigured their DB in between connector setup and sync, but let's maybe take a quick look?

Same as the other ones in this area. If this occurs during the sync/discover,
Catch it and...

  1. return clearer instructions for user
  2. stack trace as a config_error
  3. See if there is (fast) something to add tocheck (sounds like it was already there). They aren't likely to have more than 10 schemas
