How can I only extract Confluence pages from a specified list of spaces?

I would like to use confluence-source to retrieve pages from a specified set of spaces (extracting all the pages from our internal Confluence would take a LONG time, especially as the requests seem to be happening sequentially).
Is there a way to do this? Didn't find any solutions when digging around in the docs.
