We probably want an example of refreshing an access token in response to a 401 as well. What do you think about creating a separate cookbook page or something? As we'll probably want to document several kinds of common middlewares (retry, couple of auth ones, logger one, ssrf etc.).

I think we will likely want to ship some common patterns. A cookbook is a good place to start to see what the use cases are.
expect there will be just a few very common ones
