Show only the recent post on start page?

Hi,

I would like to achieve the following (in standard mode):

Insteod of the list of the last posts with summary, I want to show only the most recent post and in its full length with the next / previous navigation - as it is exactly shown on its single page.

I have absolutely no idea how I have to change the list.html for this...
