Text Input does not allow reset when relaunching with available attempts remaining

If a user answers a Text Input, with multiple attempts, incorrectly and leaves without resetting the component - then they have no way to reset and attempt the question again in subsequent relaunches

Using:
Text Input v7.3.2
F/W v5.40.10
Spoor v5.9.7

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a course with a Text Input component
Configure the component to have multiple attempts
Add the Spoor extension
Download the course
Add to an LMS
Launch and answer the Text Input incorrectly
Leave the course
Relaunch the course

Expected results:
Text Input would allow the Reset button to be clicked and the user could reattempt - up to the number of configured attempts

Actual results:
Text Input shows ****** for the users answer and the Reset button is disabled
