Prerequisites

Describe the bug

For a paid engagement the payment type for participants isn't displayed on the manage participants screen.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. As a Community Org or FRO create an engagement
  2. Have 1 or more consultation participants join the engagement
  3. As the org go to the engagement and click on "manage participants"
  4. Notice that the Manage Participants screen doesn't display their payment type

Expected behavior

The payment type should be displayed for each user. It could either be another column under the participants tab, or a new tab on that page.
