Yes it can hide your developer options on other apps but in exchange it can broke the functionality of your developer options. One I encounter is USB Debugging always turn off when I restart my device that's the only reason why I don't want to turn off my Developer Options and turning it on again can't fix the problem, adb didn't recognize my device after I "adb devices" I can't provide screen shot and I already uninstall it. I just turn off my Developer Options manually when I want to use other app that detect it, it's just the same using this.

@AGA2707 DevOptsHide does not break OS behavior in plain AOSP. MIUI customization may break it.
Furthermore, did you tried to exclude system apps from application of DevOptsHide? Most XPosed app supports ignore lists.
@kyori19 I only allowed the framework and a certain app that I want to hide my Developer Options. Nothing else. And why adb doesn't recognize my device and usb debugging is always disabled when I reboot my device. The problem is not on my device I already uninstall the app and everything back to normal anyway.
