C++ versions less than C++17 are not supported.

OK. I have to say it's not friendly for developer using windows.
I installed Bazel, git clone the whole project but I was stuck in the final steps:

C++ versions less than C++17 are not supported.
I can't modify visual studio C++ standard because Microsoft did not allow user to change it anymore.
Which caused I failed to build it:

You can use the flag /std:c++17 to ask MSVC to use C++17 mode. To tell Bazel to pass the option to MSVC, you would do something like

bazel build --cxxopt=/std:c++17 //absl/...
