Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment pycoQC only does single run QC. It would be great to be able to have a simple report to compare multiple runs

Describe the solution you'd like
The JSON file generated by pycoQC already contains all the information necessary to generate such report. Ideally pycoQC would have a additional method to generate a plotly HTML report using JSON files from N samples.

Implement comparative distributions as a joyplot, using the new version of the JSON report

Hi,

I was looking for a solution to the above-mentioned query. I have seven sample reports (HTML) from pycoQC and would like to merge the base called and alignment summary into one. As of now, I can only save them as png. Is there a way to do it?

Please let me know!
Thanks!
