6 digit 2fa code never is sent

I don't know if this is on Apple or an Xcodes thing but when I attempt to sign in the 6 digit 2fa code is never sent out. It appears to be the correct phone number for me

I am having this same issue. I was able to work around it by trying to log into App Store Connect using the same Apple account, getting it to send a verification code (to the same phone number as Xcodes), then entering that verification code in the Xcodes prompt.

Same issue here, I'm unable to download any Xcode versions without the code that I never receive
