Week Picker range hover outline not complete.

Describe the bug
While implementing the new week picker range feature (thank you btw, that helped us tremendously) I got some feedback that the hover outline was not complete (see screenshot below)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a picker with week-picker and range props
2. Make a selection
3. Hover between the ranges and notice the upper and lower dashed borders do not show for Sat and Sun.

Expected behavior
A dashed border around the entire week
