Game get random FPS drops from stable smooth to diashow

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Have had it now 2 times the game gets in a match making or premier mode into a diashow like game.
I have the game capped on 165 FPS, which I almost always get and the game runs smooth, until its happen like on the 20/21/22 round of the game, its getting into a whole diashow, frames skipping, the game itself feel like 5 FPS - only restart can help for a while. It does not seems likes a vram issue, I used like 7GB of my 8GB VRAM.
It MIGHT be the 565.57.01 driver, will roll back to 560 and see if its still exists.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Play the game, like MM or premier
2. Go beyond 20 rounds (probably)
3. If you are lucky (or not) you will have a diashow of a cs game
