Subsequent to some updates released lately, whenever running the wine64 binary of Proton Experimental with anything the borders and the title bars of windows instead of using the normal mutter behavior seems to be handling it self on its own. E.g.

I really hope this gets reverted, Mutter decorations work significantly better than Wine's
