Client error when opening certain PDFs

Hi,
When viewing a certain PDF (attached in here), a client error (Uncaught (in promise): UnknownErrorException: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'has')) occurs.
The error is as follows when said file is uploaded on the demo application.

I have also attached the error in a text file, as well as the erroneous document. The document itself was created using an OCR software.
