Disabled Github Window/Not commiting

Completely unusable editor window. I tracked all the files, added a commit message and clicked commit and the window is disabled and there's no response. I checked my local repo via terminal and it has not been committed. Very unstable.

@dinukapj Could you check the logs? There might be an exception there that didn't make it all the way out to the UI.
