How to aggregate an array field?

I have an array field called myArrayExample which is type { myNumber: number }[] I want to aggregate the numbers of the array field, the problem is that if I subscribe to myArrayExample it will never re-render when I change a sub-field, because we are referencing the same ref in the selector. Has anybody done something similar ? How would you solve this ?
