Not sure if I've missed it, but does Semantic UI have the ability to show/hide blocks depending on the browser size? The idea came from Foundation, which I can swap out a full sized high-res logo for a simpler, smaller one if the user is on mobile.

This would also be useful for hiding ad blocks on the mobile platform and/or exchange it for mobile ads.
