Enable mic on call

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great and useful if the microphone would be enabled by default when starting a call.
It really makes no sence to start a call and not talk to the person on the other side.

It would also be great if there was a button for voice call and one for Video call. That way I can directly call with video enabled, great for less technical persons.
They allways look for the correct buttons. Eg to enable video or flip the cammera, at least in my experience.

Pretty straight forward requests I think.
May not be simple to add them but these are simple concepts.

Makes sense, but I currently have no motivation to touch calls at all, so probably better to ask directly from Element as well, if nobody filed an issue for that already.
