Some basic configuration is missed (static/fix menu-width) ?!

First at all: Great work! It's the most flexible and modern (swift/ios8/storyboard-inspectables) implementation on github, with really easy 5 lines setup.

-But i miss the simple and obvious option to deactivate left or right menu (in most cases we need only one side-menu from one direction)

-another problem is the missing setting to configure the destination "width" of opened menu (left or right), especially in slip mode.

Can you please help me to achieve this obvious configuration goals?!

ok, with the "new" multitasking-modes on new iPads, there are lot of appearance-issues in this multirasking-modes (1/2, 1/3, 2/3, portraint/landscape) related to this "missing" fix-width-property for the side menu :/
