Good morning,

I have a recurrent issue after the optimization step: The optimozation end without error code and after the error "Unable to warp mesh" appears.

Closing the projects and re-opening it doesn't help.
Last parameters used for optimization that have this error :

Looking at the PCA the particles are doing a coherent movement but the mesh is not.

Thanks for your help

The usual cause for this is that the template mesh (median shape) is non-manifold or has some other error. ShapeWorks can't yet detect and fix all mesh problems. You can try bisecting your data and seeing if there is a problem mesh.

Can you try the latest release candidate? @MLopezPon

https://github.com/SCIInstitute/ShapeWorks/releases/tag/v6.6.0-rc4

This contains fixes for mesh warping and also allows you to select a different template mesh.

The latest development build should also have this.

@akenmorris : I have tried the version v6.6.0-rc4 on a model that gives me the error and still the same issue:

Is there a chance you could share this dataset with me?
