The usual cause for this is that the template mesh (median shape) is non-manifold or has some other error. ShapeWorks can't yet detect and fix all mesh problems. You can try bisecting your data and seeing if there is a problem mesh. |
Can you try the latest release candidate? @MLopezPon https://github.com/SCIInstitute/ShapeWorks/releases/tag/v6.6.0-rc4 This contains fixes for mesh warping and also allows you to select a different template mesh. The latest development build should also have this. |

Good morning,
I have a recurrent issue after the optimization step: The optimozation end without error code and after the error "Unable to warp mesh" appears.
Closing the projects and re-opening it doesn't help.
Last parameters used for optimization that have this error :
Looking at the PCA the particles are doing a coherent movement but the mesh is not.
