Text needs some wordsmithing

The text while largely complete is rather rough still.

These sections are ready to be retouched:

• README.md
• current_audio_landscape.md
• techstack.md
• demo.md

Still in progress:

• requirements.md
  • kira features added
  • bevy requirements added
  • sum/de-duplicated list of all features at the top

We could also use a call for help at the end of the Readme. Specifically with building the demo.

@alice-i-cecile is helping us out with this. If there is anything you need Alice let me know. Is a pr a good format for this or would you rather have access to the repo?

I'd much rather work via PR. I may be a bit slow getting to this: I'm currently doing the release notes for Bevy 0.16, and it's sapping my writing energy 😅

That is not a problem, this does not need to be done quickly. Have fun with Bevy 0.16!
