Description:

When trying to message a user from the search results on iOS, a blank page is shown and no keyboard input or history is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Search for a user in the iOS app
2. Click on the name
3. Blank screen with no history and keyboard input is shown, only the top bar is displayed

Expected behavior:

The chat history should appear and a text field to enter the message.

Actual behavior:

Blank screen is presented.

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 7.5.1 (happened on 6.x consistently as well)
• License Type: community
• Number of Users: ~400
• Operating System: Debian
• Deployment Method: Docker
• Number of Running Instances: 1
